RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING THE OLONGAPO CITY’S ATHLETES
FOR WINNING IN THE 10TH WORLD TAEKWONDO CULTURE
EXPO HELD
WHEREAS, 10th World Taekwondo
Culture Expo is an event organized by World Taekwondo Culture Expo Organizing
Committee, Jeollabukdo Taekwondo Association. This event includes 6 days of
competition, seminars and a tour around the City;
WHEREAS, 10th World Taekwondo
Culture Expo was held in Muju, Jeollabukdo, South Korea last July 13-19, 2016, this
event was participated in by athletes from 31 different countries;
WHEREAS, the Olongapo City’s athletes showed
their best performance and won in the categories of Poomsae (pattern of defense
and attack motion) and Kyorugi (a mode of real fighting);
WHEREAS, the Olongapo athletes were skillful enough to garner four (4) gold medals, one (1) silver
medal and three (3) bronze medals to

the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session
assembled, to congratulate and as it hereby congratulates the Olongapo City’s athletes for winning in the 10th World Taekwondo
Culture Expo held last July 13-19, 2016, at Muju, Jeollabukdo, South Korea.
