A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR.
JORDAN M. DIZON
AS DIRECTOR/REPRESENTATIVE OF OLONGAPO CITY TO THE
SUBICWATER
AND SEWERAGE COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, the pursuant to
the covenants of the Deed of Sale, the SELLER (DCMI) undertakes to cause the
resignation of one of its nominee directors in Subicwater in order to give way
to the election of one (1) nominee of the BUYER (LGU-Olongapo) to the Board of
Directors of Subicwater and Sewerage Company, Inc. (SWSCI) upon signing of the
Deed;
WHEREAS, the City
Government of Olongapo, as a shareholder is entitled to a seat in the
Subicwater Sewerage Company, Inc. (SWSCI) Board of Directors;
WHEREAS,
Mr.
Jordan M. Dizon was designated by the Honorable City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino for
Membership to the Board of Directors of SWSCI;
WHEREAS,
Mr.
Dizon holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Major in Philosophy and Letters from
San Beda College in 2003 and an AB Political science degree with honors from
St. ColumbanCollege in 2010. He also holds a Career Service Professional
Eligibility;
WHEREAS,
Mr.
Dizon, as a Foreign Exchange Trader/Remittance Agent, a Gem Stone Appraiser and
a prominent entrepreneur in Olongapo City and Subic Bay Freeport Zone, gained
invaluable experience and expertise in the field of trade and business that
would be of great significance in the performance of his functions as city
representative to the SWSCI.
NOW,
THEREFORE, on
the motion of City Councilor Sarah Lugerna F. Lipumano-Garcia,
with the majority decision of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod
present;

AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the SangguniangPanlungsod in session assembled,
to confirm as it hereby confirms the appointment of Mr. Jordan M. Dizon
asDirector/Representative of Olongapo City to the Subicwater and Sewerage
Company, Inc.
