RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO
AND SIGN THE DEED OF DONATION WITH THE VICTORY LINER, INC. REPRESENTED BY ITS VICE
PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS, JOHN EDWARD P. HERNANDEZ AS REGARDS TO THE HYUNDAI
BUS DONATED BY THE AFORESAID COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City is
exceedingly thankful for the third bus donation from one of its steadfast
community partners, Victory Liner, Inc.
The said bus will indeed help augment the growing need to optimize and
deliver a variety of social services redounding to the greater benefit of the
people of Olongapo;
WHEREAS,
Victory Liner, Inc. owns one (1) unit of Hyundai Bus, for transportation
activities/services, which they donated, in response to the needs of the times,
all for goodwill and fidelity to the people of Olongapo;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the
unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,
RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session
assembled to authorize as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen
C. Paulino to enter into and sign the Deed of Donation with the Victory Liner,
Inc. represented by its Vice President for operations, John Edward P. Hernandez
as regards to the Hyundai Bus donated by the aforesaid company.
Let a copy of the Deed of
Donation be made as integral part of
this Resolution.
