A RESOLUTION ADOPTING
THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NO. 3, SERIES OF 2016 ENTITLED:
“A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
GORDON COLLEGE AND DBA GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES, INC. FOR THE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
OF ACCOUNTANCY STUDENTS”
WHEREAS, the students of Gordon College
enrolled in College of Business and Accountancy under Accountancy curriculum
were required to undergo On-the Job Training (OJT);
WHEREAS,
it is necessary to Gordon College to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
with the related industries while the students were undertaking the OJT;
WHEREAS,
DBA Global Shared Services, Inc., is a domestic corporation duly organized and
existing under Philippine Laws;
WHEREAS,
the partnership between Gordon College and DBA Global Shared Services, Inc. For
the purpose of supporting the OJT of the students of the College of Business
and Accountancy under the following terms and conditions indicated in the MOA;
WHEREAS,
the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems its imperative that Resolution No. 3,
Series of 2016 approved by the Gordon College Board of Trustees on January 21,
2016 be adopted, pursuant to City Resolution No. 70, Series of 2012;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II and City
Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod present,

RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session
assembled, to adopt, as it hereby adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees
Resolution No. 3, Series of 2016 entitled: “A Resolution Recommending The
Approval Of The Memorandum Of Agreement Between Gordon College And DBA Global
Shared Services, Inc. For The On-The-Job Training of Accountancy Students”.
