A RESOLUTION ADOPTING
THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NO. 06, SERIES OF 2016
ENTITLED: “A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF THE TRANSFER OF GORDON
COLLEGE
TO THE NEW SITE AT
OLONGAPO CITY SPORTS COMPLEX, EAT TAPINAC, OLONGAPO CITY SPORTS COMPLEX, EAST
TAPINAC, OLONGAPO CITY EFFECTIVE JUNE 2016”
WHEREAS, the Gordon College is
envisioned to be the premier institution of higher learning committed to
holistic development of person and society;
WHEREAS,
the City Government of Olongapo is committed to fully supporting Gordon
College in the attainment of its vision and mission;
WHEREAS,
in support of this vision, the City Government of Olongapo has partnered
with SM Prime Holdings, Inc., in the construction of new six-storey building at Olongapo City
Sports complex, East Tapinac, Olongapo City which shall serve as the new site
of Gordon College;
WHEREAS,
the new building has provisions for facilities in conformance with the
standards set by the Commission on Higher Education and the Association of
Local Colleges and Universities – Commission on Accreditation;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the
unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,
RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to adopt, as it hereby
adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees Resolution No. 06, Series of 2016
entitled: “A Resolution Recommending The Approval Of The Transfer Of Gordon
College To The New Site At Olongapo City Sports Complex, East Tapinac, Olongapo
City Effective June 2016”.

FURTHER, AS IT IS HREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Gordon College Board of
Trustees Resolution No. 06, Series of 2016 be made as integral part of this
Resolution.
