A RESOLUTION DECLARING
THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY NEW KALALAKE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX MILLION NINE HUNDRED
FORTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE PESOS & 29/100
(PHP6,949,559.29) OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY
In the interest of public service
and on motion of City Councilor Elena C.
Dabu, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod
present:
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to declare,
as it hereby declares the Annual Budget of Barangay New Kababae for the Fiscal Year 2016 in the amount Six
Million Nine Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos &
29/100 (PhP6,949,559.29) of operative in
its entirety considering that the said budget as contained in Barangay Appropriation
Ordinance No. 003, Series of 2015 of Barangay
New Kalalake, upon review by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, has substantially
complied with the requirements and limitations set forth under Republic Act No.
7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and
Regulations. PROVIDED, that the City Accountant is enjoined to observe that the
conditions enumerated by the City Budget Officer in her letter dated May 24, 2016 are strictly complied with;
RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY
FURTHER RESOLVED, that
Barangay Appropriation Ordinance No. 003, Series of 2015 of Barangay New Kalalake dated November 27, 2015 and the letter from Ms. Joy
Fernandez-Cahilig, City Budget Officer dated May 24, 2016 be made as integral
parts of this Resolution.
