RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO,
EXECUTE, AND SIGN IN BEHALF OF JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (JLGMH) FOR
THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH OUR LADY OF FATIMA UNIVERSITY AS PARTNER
HOSPITAL FOR THE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY RELATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH LAW.
WHEREAS,
the Our Lady of Fatima University, is a duly recognized school of College of
Medical Technology by the Commission on Higher Education represented by
Caroline Marian S. Enriquez, MD, P.D.
College President
WHEREAS,
the James L.
Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH), is a tertiary government health care facility
managed by the City Government of Olongapo, existing pursuant to the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines; and is represented by Hon. Rolen C. Paulino,
City Mayor.
WHEREAS, the JLGMH have been used for
training affiliation and learning exposure of students pursuing health science
courses to hone the knowledge, skills and behavior acquired at health science
schools/colleges/universities;
WHEREAS,
for and in
consideration of the foregoing premises, terms and conditions are stipulated on
the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and are agreed upon by both parties.
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor
Eduardo G. Guerrero, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the
Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED,
AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled,
to authorize the Honorable City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino to enter into, execute,
and sign in behalf of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH) for the Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA) with Our Lady of Fatima University as partner hospital for the
Medical Technology related learning experience the in a manner consistent with law.
