RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN
THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO),
REGARDING THE LEASE OF THE OFFICE SPACE AT THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE
JAMES L. GORDON AVENUE MARKET AND MALL
WHEREAS, the Philippine
Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) leases a space at the second floor of the
James L. Gordon Market and Mall;
WHEREAS, the City sees
the benefits of the PCSO Station and proximity to the public in the said
location and as such the renewal of the lease rental agreement is deemed
necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of
Councilor Alreuela M. Bundang-Ortiz, with the unanimous accord of the Members
of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,
RESOLVED, AS IT
IS HEREBY RESOLVED by
the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session
assembled to authorize , as it hereby authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable
Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the
Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PSCO) regarding the lease of the office
space at the 2nd floor of the James L. Gordon Avenue Market and
Mall.
Let a
copy of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) be made as integral part of this
Resolution,
