RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO,
EXECUTE, AND SIGN FOR JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (JLGMH) THE MEMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE OLONGAPO CITY MEDICAL SOCIETY (OCMS) IN A MANNER
CONSISTENT WITH LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Government of
Olongapo, is a Local Government Unit existing under the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines represented by City Mayor Hon. Rolen C. Paulino.
WHEREAS,
the Olongapo
City Medical Society (OCMS), is a
duly recognized medical association under the Philippine Medical Association
(PMA), represented by its president, Dr. Evelyn Lozano-Natividad.
WHEREAS, the OCMS expresses their need
for a space to occupy as clubhouse/office space for its utilization of its
community and professional work.
WHEREAS, the James L. Gordon Memorial
Hospital (JLGMH) understands the necessity of having a clubhouse/office space
for the said organization, and has identified viable space at the JLGMH
premises.
WHEREAS,
for and in
consideration of the foregoing premises, terms and conditions are stipulated on
the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and are agreed upon by both parties.
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilors Eduardo G. Guerrero and Benjamin G.
Cajudo II, with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang
Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED,
AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED,
by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled, to authorize as it hereby
authorizes the Honorable City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino to enter into, execute,
and sign for James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH) the Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) with the Olongapo City Medical Society (OCMS), in a manner consistent with law.
