RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO,
EXECUTE, AND SIGN FOR AND ON BEHALF OF JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
(JLGMH) THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH TRIOMEDICS DISTRIBUTOR
CORPORATION RELATIVE TO THE OUTSOURCE OPERATION OF THE PULMONARY DIVISION OF
THE JAMES L. GORDON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (JLGMH), IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH LAW.
WHEREAS,
the members of the Special Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee
unanimously recommends that it is advantageous for the city to enter into a
Memorandum of Agreement with the Triomedics Distributor Corporation for the
outsource operation of the James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital Pulmonary
Division;
WHEREAS, with the attached copy of the
lease agreement and pertinent documents, it is deemed that an agreement be
forged for the swift implementation of the same;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Eduardo G. Guerrero, with the
unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED,
AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled,
to authorize, as it hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor Rolen C. Paulino
to enter into, execute, and sign for and on behalf of James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital (JLGMH) the
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Triomedics Distributor Corporation relative
to the outsource operation of the Pulmonary Division of the James L. Gordon
Memorial Hospital (JLGMH), in a manner consistent with law.
Let a copy of the Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) be made as integral part of this Resolution.
