A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING
AND COMMENDING THE LYCEUM OF SUBIC BAY FOR BEING ONE OF THE TOP TEN (10)
AMONG THE SELECTED SEVENTY ONE (71)
COLLEGE SCHOOLS DURING THE GOLDILOCKS INTERCOLLEGIATE CAKE DECORATING CHALLENGE
2016
WHEREAS,
Lyceum of Subic Bay is the only school chosen by the Goldilocks to represent
Central Luzon during the 10th Intercollegiate Cake Decorating
Challenge 2016 held on February 25,2016
at SM, Quezon City;
WHEREAS,
the team who competed was composed of second and fourth year students namely Carlo
Estrada, Diana Salacup, Kathleen Agustin, Princess Yvonee Ramos and Kenneth
Baroy ;
WHEREAS, as they compete in
the final round, the team will make five (5) themed cakes in five (5)
hours only;
WHEREAS, fused with skills, talent and
creativity in cake decorating the team finished seventh (7th ) place
over all;
NOW,
THEREFORE,
on motion of City Councilor Randy C. Sionzon ,with the unanimous accord of the
Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to congratulate
and commend, as it hereby congratulates and commends the Lyceum of Subic Bay for being one of the top ten (10) among the selected seventy one (71) College Schools
during the Goldilocks Intercollegiate Cake Decorating Challenge 2016.

RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to
Lyceum of Subic, Carlo Estrada, Diana Salacup, Kathleen Agustin, Princess
