A RESOLITION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MAYOR, HONORABLE ROLEN C. PAULINO TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN THE DEED OF DONATION
WITH THE PHILIPPINE AMUSEMENT AND GAMING CORPORATION (PAGCOR) WITH REGARD TO
ONE (1) UNIT OF TOYOTA HI-ACE COMMUTER VAN AND ONE (1) UNIT HONDA MOTORCYCLE
TMX 155 DONATED BY THE AFORESAID COMPANY
WHEREAS,
the City gladly
welcomes and appreciates the donation from one of its staunch community
partners, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The said one (1) unit of Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter
Van and one (1) unit Honda Motorcycle TMX 155 will indeed help augment the growing need to optimize and deliver
a variety of social services redounding to the greater benefit of the people of
Olongapo;
WHEREAS, owns service vehicles such as one (1)
unit of Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter Van and one (1) unit Honda Motorcycle TMX 155, which they intend to donate, in
response to the needs of the times, all for goodwill and fidelity to the people
of Olongapo;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor Benjamin G. Cajudo II, with the
unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present,
RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to authorize, as it hereby
authorizes the City Mayor, Honorable Rolen C. Paulino to enter into and sign the
Deed of Donation with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) represented by its Branch Manager, Ricardo J.
Liwanag, as regards to the one (1) unit of Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter Van and one
(1) unit Honda Motorcycle TMX 155 donated
by the aforesaid company.
