RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, ROLEN C. PAULINO AS
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OLONGAPO IN THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
FILED BEFORE THE HONORABLE SUPREME COURT, AGAINST THE CITY OF OLONGAPO
WHEREAS,
the Office of
the City Mayor received a copy of the Petition for the Issuance of Writ of
Injunction with Prayer for the issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order/Writ
of Preliminary Injunction filed before the Honorable Supreme Court, and
docketed as SC G.R. No. 221735 entitled: “Rodalyn Hanif vs. Olongapo City
Government, represented by Hon. Mayor Rolen C. Paulino;
WHERES,
the City deems that the Honorable City Mayor Rolen
C. Paulino in his capacity as the Local Chief Executive of the Local Government
Unit of Olongapo shall represent the City;
NOW,
THEREFORE, on
motion of City Councilor Noel Y. Atienza,
with the unanimous accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;

RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session
assembled, to authorize as it hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor Rolen
C. Paulino to execute/sign for and in
behalf, and to represent the City Government of Olongapo in the legal
proceedings with regards to the Petition for Injunction filed before the Honorable
Supreme Court.
