RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE GORDON COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION NO. 19,
SERIES OF 2015 ENTITLED: “A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE RENEWAL OF THE
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN GORDON COLLEGE AND SAN MARCELINO DISTRICT
HOSPITAL FOR THE RELATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE (RLE) OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY
STUDENTS”
WHEREAS, one of the requirements of the
students of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery of Gordon College is
to undergo trainings in various hospitals to enhance their capabilities and to
expand their experiences in their chosen field of profession;
WHEREAS, in order to facilitate the said
training, Gordon College entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with San
Marcelino District Hospital for the period of October 2010 to October 2015;
WHEREAS, it needs to renew the MOA in
order to continue the training of the students of BS Nursing and Midwifery for
another five (5) years;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod deems
its imperative that Resolution No. 19, Series of 2015 approved by the Gordon
College Board of Trustees on September 18, 2015 be adopted, pursuant to City
Resolution No. 70, Series of 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of City Councilor
Benjamin G. Cajudo II and City Councilor Edna A. Elane, with the unanimous
accord of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod present;
RESOLVED,
AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
by the Sangguniang Panlungsod in session assembled to adopt, as it hereby
adopts the Gordon College Board of Trustees Resolution No.19, Series Of 2015 entitled:
“A Resolution Recommending The Renewal Of The Memorandum Of Agreement Between
Gordon College And San Marcelino District Hospital For The Related Learning
Experience (RLE) Of Nursing And Midwifery Students”

FURTHER, AS IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the Gordon College Board of
Trustees Resolution No. 19, Series of 2015 and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) be
made as integral part of this Resolution.
